Torrents download in sleep mode

Let's say I left a torrent seeding in utorrent, then I turn off my PC, will the torrent continue to seed even if the PC is closed? Sorry if this is a bit of Torrenting slow download speeds, very high upload speeds. Torrent speed

You have "Keep wifi on during sleep" option disabled. why would you want to do this anyways? who downloads torrents on their phone?
